Customer Service Overriding Expectation:

Manage the day to day operation of HR activities in support of the Indianapolis campus with the support of a team of HR professionals.
Provide counsel and advice to campus supervisors and employees on employee relations and performance issues.
In collaboration with the Executive Director implement employment policies and operating procedures in conformance with guidelines established by the College.
Maintain all employee records and files, including appropriate salary, classsificaiton, position management, evaluation and benefits data. Reviews and monitors employee data entered into HRIS to ensure validity and accuracy.
Oversees and sets direction for the recruitment process.
Directs the completion of annual performance evaluations and annual review of job descriptions.
Assists with the management of the campus compensation programs.
Serves/participates on campus and statewide committees.
Administers campus workers’ compensation, risk management, and leaves of absences program.
Oversees the campus benefits and wellness program.
Assist with coordination of the annual campus Employee Recognition Program.
