General Description of Position:  This is a part-time, grant funded, 28-hour per week position. The role of the Associate Director – IvyWorks is to manage the program. This position will be the driving force in operationalizing the vision of the project. This position will necessitate strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills. Moreover, the ability to interact, and forge strong relationships with, both internal and external stakeholders is a must. Lastly, the ability to produce results within a specific timeframe with minimal supervision is required.
Major Responsibilities:

 This is a grant-funded, part-time, 28-hour per week position. The person in this role will be responsible for the development and implementation of the pilot program. This includes student recruitment & retention, resource allocation and development, academic support and advising initiatives, professional development programming design and implementation, and facilitation of student transition from degree program to workforce.
This role is the primary source/contact for the pilot project. As a grant-funded position, this role will assist the Director with data collection and reporting to the grantor for the duration of the grant period.
Additionally, this role will oversee and provide budget data for program activities to the Director. This includes tracking operating costs and proposing new budget expenditures for personnel, equipment, contracted services, etc., as appropriate for the grant purpose and needs of the pilot projec

Minimum Qualifications:  * Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, counseling/social work, business, or related fields. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with non-traditional students in academic advising, admissions, career counseling or related field is required.
Preferred Qualifications:  * Master's degree in college student personnel, higher education, psychology/social work, business, or related discipline is preferred. Community College experience preferred.
Other Requirements:

 A willingness and ability to travel, both in the greater Indianapolis metro area, as well as nationally, as appropriate and consistent with job responsibilities.

Work Hours:  The ability to work both daytime and evening/weekend hours, as appropriate, is a must.
Hiring Range:  $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
