General Description of Position: Provide excellent customer service in the testing center and support the full-time staff as needed.
Major Responsibilities:

Proctor Assessments/Online Exams/High stake exams Provide administrative support

Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree Proficient with computers Previous customer service skills Previous front office experience Hours may vary dependent upon center needs Must be team oriented Attentive to detail
