Using descriptive and inferential statistics, provide extensive analysis of institutional data and resource linking to the Campus and College strategic plan.
Performs analysis and reports the results as requested; analyzes research results and trends using a variety of techniques; provides status reports on projects.
Develop, maintain and seek opportunities to improve a data dashboard to support a ‘data culture’ on campus and provide a central location from which all reports and institutional data may be accessed.
Works with leadership and campus constituencies on developing assessments/projects in developing metrics to measure effectiveness.
Must be able to plan and conduct a number of concurrent projects with a minimal amount of supervision and work effectively with a variety of constituents from all areas of the College.
Serve as the primary person responsible for preparation of enrollment counts and presentation for verification.
Serve as Institutional Research (IR) Liaison for NewT training and assistance. Instructs and/or assists administrators, faculty and staff members in areas of research, data analysis and interpretation.
Support conversion efforts – courses only, first time, transfer, re-admit and dual credit and dual enrolled
Compile, analyze, and report on student retention/persistence and success measures.
Conduct and prepare ad hoc statistical studies on various academic programs and student success measures.
Perform additional duties and assist with other projects as assigned
