Maintains appropriate level of supplies/equipment for nursing use in the Clinical Education Center as well as insuring integrity of mannequins and teaching areas in the CEC.
Prepare for and organize Clinical Education Center tours (for high school students, hospital personnel, air flight, etc.) both set up, tear down, and providing program information

Assist with Call Center for peak periods of enrollment
Assist with outbound calls to remind students of events, such as face-to-face new student orientation, and possibly some enrollment calls
Prepare various reports and spreadsheets as required
Assist with collection and maintenance of materials relating to admissions, student program progression and accreditation compliance as may be required
Attends campus advisory committee, campus nursing faculty, and student advisory meetings; records, transcribes and distributes minutes as appropriate
