Chancellor- Richmond Campus. The Chancellor is the senior administrator for all campus services and is responsible for the management and oversight of the day-to-day campus operations while fostering a campus climate that is consistent with the College's core values. Focused on increasing enrollment, completion, retention, job placement, and student success the Chancellor consults with Systems Office and campus Cabinet to: (1) achieve strategic plan mission, vision, and goals; (2) build new and varied employer and community outreach and partnerships (3) ensure the availability of the College's instructional and student support services; (4) lead the campus team to successfully meet campus-level metrics; and (5) recommend and lead a team to successfully implement strategies in order to meet the needs of a diverse community and student body on campus.

Assists the Department Chair for the General Studies department; teaches a minimum of three to six credit hours of general studies and select student success coursework in each regular academic term; fully supports the College's mission and strategic plan. In addition to assisting the department chair with administrative tasks, the assistant department chair will focus on general studies internships, student coaching and mentoring, faculty training, program promotion, course instruction and coordination of professional development. The assistant department chair is highly organized and can work with little supervision to effectively balance faculty responsibilities including instructional and advising load (60%) with administrative duties (40%).
