Faculty - Respiratory Care, Director of Clinical Education Full Time Faculty Sellersburg
Individual must be employed full-time. The length of the full-time appointment (e.g., 9-month, 12-month), Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC), Standard 2.02, must be sufficient to allow the Director of Clinical Education time to fulfill their responsibilities as identified in CoARC 2.07. The Director of Clinical Education (DCE) must be responsible for all aspects of the clinical experiences of students enrolled in the program, including organization, administration, continuous review and revision, planning for and development of locations (with appropriate supervision) for evolving practice skills, and the general effectiveness of the clinical experience. The DCE workload should balance teaching responsibilities with program administration. There must be evidence that sufficient time is devoted to the program by the DCE so that his or her educational and administrative responsibilities can be met. (CoARC 2.07)

The Vice President for Healthcare is responsible for the Schools of Health Sciences and Nursing and provides professional leadership in the development of quality standards and consistency in academic courses, training, and other programs to serve the healthcare sector. Director of Ivy Works - WIT Full Time Administrative Indianapolis
Provide program leadership for the IvyWorks pilot program, which has a primary mission to support non-traditional students participating in high-demand programs. The Director of IvyWorks - WiT is responsible for program oversight, development and implementation, ensuring compliance with grant requirements, budget and data management and reporting, and employer, faculty and partner/stakeholder engagement for the grant-funded WiT initiative within the IvyWorks program. The Director provides leadership and supervision for the development and coordination of the IvyWorks - WiT professional development, employer networking and supportive services components. He/She will be tasked with providing a structure that takes into account the general welfare of students, promotes the personal growth and development of students, and complements and supplements experiences in the learning community. This is a grant-funded, soft-money position through the end of the grant period (May 2020).
