General Description of Position:

Under the direction of the Executive Director of IvyConnect provides administrator support of the college’s Salesforce CRM platform. This also involves technologies that integrate with CRM that are aligned with the vision, mission, and priorities of the College.

Major Responsibilities:

Supports the Salesforce CRM environment leveraging the Education Data Architecture (EDA) with several thousand users.

Supports administrative functions including user account maintenance, activities and events, chatter, dashboards, workflows, data structures, integrations and other routine tasks.

Completes regular internal system audits to ensure security and business compliance.

Supports Salesforce CRM data feeds and other integrations and maintains all technological resources associated with end users.

Creates and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce CRM for extracting insights from data for advancing business key performance indicators.

Serves as the translator connecting the application developers, business people, and users.

Supports the evaluation, scope and completion of new administrative requests.

Identifies best practices in the use of the Salesforce CRM and disseminate.

Assists in the design of training material to grow the Salesforce CRM skill set.

Provides onboarding training to new users to support Salesforce CRM related processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Salesforce CRM administrator education or equivalent experience required.

Must have experience with Salesforce CRM platform.

Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests with a positive attitude.

Must be a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required; must be a good listener.

Must demonstrate ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce administrator certification.

Understanding of Delivery and Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and practices (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
