House, distribute and maintain proper security of all assessments and related materials at the Plainfield office.
Label and number test batteries for checkout purposes.
Receives and processes NCCER certificates & cards to various facilities.
Manage training for Logistics instructors.
Process licensing for barber and cosmetology programs.
Provide manuals, books for Culinary, Logistics, ServSafe, TABE
Included on new startup of program discussions and planning.
Build and maintain external vocational relationships with WIN, Nocti, MSSC, AHLEI, ServSafe and provide manuals, books and other materials as needed.
Create and maintain vocational assets including asset register per IDOC requirements.
Establish supplier relationships for vocational programs.
Manage and coordinate the process of updating and changing out test batteries as needed in partnership with appropriate sites and IDOC.
The primary point of contact for assessment vendors in communicating with DWD and sites.
Process requests for testing materials within 24 hours of receipt and maintain detailed records for all assessments.
Ensure sites maintain and complete testing logs, seating charts, testing session reports, testing irregularity reports, and other required documentation.
May participate in research and surveys required by DWD or IDOC.
Participates in assessment-related seminars/webinars as needed.
Reports to Ivy Tech and IDOC any unusual events and/or testing irregularities.
Participate in weekly IDOC/Ivy Tech Cabinet meeting.
Ensure all of the functions of providing legally-defensible testing and security are in place at the site and state levels.
Operate as a support partner to site leadership and State Administration team and works to remove obstacles in order for effective execution of testing policies and procedures.
Handles administrative tasks as assigned.
Provide training for sites as needed. This may be virtually or in-person depending on the specific need.
Assist in tracking, trouble-shooting and improving testing results across all sites.
Assist sites as needed to ensure adequate inventory for all testing/assessment needs.
Communicate regularly with sites and State Administration regarding testing policies and procedures.
Implements future testing policies communicated by DWD and IDOC.
Performs other duties as assigned.
