Conducts ongoing audits of IvyBenefits (benefit enrollment system), Banner/Workday (HRIS), vendor enrollment systems and College retirement plans.
Prepares paperwork and applicable event processing for new hires, terminations and life events.
Leads benefits orientation for newly hired employees.
Assists in the creation, assembly, and posting of benefit resources.
Coordinates short-term, long-term and life claim filing.
Assists with retirement corrections as needed.
Assists with administration of leave of absence, specifically benefit billing and reviewing medical documentation for approval/denial of leaves.
Coordinates the wellness incentive program and wellness newsletter.
Works in collaboration with campus human resources in identifying part-time employees eligible for the College retirement contribution and sets up retirement codes as applicable.
Provides support to employees with benefit coverage interpretation and assists the Director in the resolution of claims questions and or other issues that arise.
Updates and maintains the benefits or leaves website.
