Conduct regular maintenance of assigned websites; including content updates, accessibility, troubleshooting issues, identifying and fixing broken links, and web standards compliance.
Ensures the website follows web accessibility standards, maintains responsive functionality across multiple devices, and is optimized for SEO.
Ensures website is online at all times; works with web agency to take corrective action and inform Marketing and Communications leadership if the site is offline
Works with agency partners to develop new webpages to ensure appropriate website architecture, navigation, and linking strategy.
Provide digital analytics and reporting utilizing a variety of tools on a regular basis to College staff and digital partners for data-driven decision-making.
Conduct regular reviews of web content, ensuring accuracy of information, best practices in content, layout search engine optimization.
Work with College staff to develop and update online forms and manage APIs.
Provides technical support and training for new content and functionality.
Trains new users on website content management system.
Work with systems office Marketing and College partners to manage the myIvy mobile app, ensuring an optimum user experience and content updates as needed.
Collaborates with the Marketing and Communications team and other College staff to ensure accurate information is displayed on the website.
Collaborates as needed with information technology colleagues on digital projects.
Collaborates with IT and other SME’s to effectively manage the marketing side of MyIvy.
Creates and implements responsive landing pages; continues the upkeep and development of the current websites; provides technical support and training for new content and functionality.
Provides input on digital advertising campaigns
Under the direction of Marketing and Communications leadership, campus partners, and other stakeholders, provides digital expertise on campaigns and large scale projects.
Responsible for adherence to Ivy Tech brand guidelines on all online media.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Assists with email layout from an HTML/CSS perspective.
Represents marketing on various committees as needed.
Collaborates with the Marketing Statewide Strategy team for ideas and presentations.
Responsible for assessing digital analytics and creating reports to provide important data and trends to the marketing and communications team, to make informed decisions on the direction and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns and to measure success.
