Design and implement statewide marketing and communication efforts, including media buying, direct mail, fulfillment materials etc. to ensure consistent alignment with marketing and brand messages.
Develop and implement efficient and effective prospect and continuing student communication journeys to improve the student experience.
Assistant in overall management of the Ivy Tech brand both internally and externally.
Work closely with outside marketing agencies, media buyers and other third-party partners.
Develop statewide SEO strategy to maximize Ivy Tech digital reach.
Lead statewide social media strategy, and champion campus level tactics.
Manage the SO Creative Services hub, to ensure campus and SO teams have effective and collaborative marketing support.
Oversee the management of a statewide marketing and collateral resource repository.
Work collaboratively with internal clients to develop marketing toolkits and editable templates.
Analyze various market segments throughout the state and develop strategy to target for recruitment.
Provide strategic and tactical guidance to campus marketing directors and Vice Chancellors to maximize statewide recruitment and marketing efforts.
Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud efforts to explore new opportunities and ensure campus teams are sufficiently equipped to utilize the tool.
Analyze data and provide real-time reports to continually improve recruitment and marketing tactics.
Collaborate with the AVP of Enrollment, SO K14 and campus teams to design recruitment strategies for traditional students including, dual credit/enrolled; homeschool, students without a plan; and four-year bound students. Creating strategies to get students into the workforce quickly; as well as complete at Ivy Tech, then transfer to a four-year institution.
Work closely with the AVP of Enrollment, SO Career Link (Workforce) and campus teams to support AYD and Guild enrollment; create recruitment strategies to convert non-credit students into degree seeking and lifelong learners.
Works alongside the Strategic Plan Teams to provide guidance to the strategy teams.
Works in partnership with the Vice President of Diversity Equity and Belonging to explore and implement efforts to ensure marketing efforts speak to diverse audiences using tone, imagery and approaches that resonate with various audiences.
Coordinate recruitment communications and strategy between Systems Office and campuses.
Builds and sustains a training program for SO and campus level marketing staff.
Provides additional campus support as directed by the Vice President for Recruitment, Enrollment Management & Marketing.
