Faculty Fellow - Communications Full Time Faculty Lafayette, IN
To appoint full-time faculty as an entry point into the profession for credentialed individuals with limited or no teaching experience. Rationale is to provide mentoring and an introduction to teaching at the college level for individuals newly entering the profession, both recent graduates and those who changed careers. Formal mentoring is expected to be provided by the hiring campus. Faculty Fellow positions may be funded by recurring or non-recurring sources. Positions are assigned based on academic need up to three years.

The Executive Director of Student Diversity, Equity and Belonging provides vision, leadership, strategic planning, and implementation for inclusion and equity initiatives for students across the College statewide system. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Belonging. This position will design, implement, and assess the diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure alignment with the College’s Strategic Plan and aids in the recruitment, conversion, and retention of students at Ivy Tech, with a special focus on diverse students (diverse in terms of national origin, race/ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, economic status, etc.) The Executive Director will help to create an organizational culture that sets clear expectations, provides appropriate support, and engenders respect and dignity at all levels of the organization.
Director of Transition and Dual Enrollment Full Time Administrative Indianapolis, IN
The Director is responsible for all dual enrollment activities within the service area. They will build relationships with area high schools and develop targeted enrollment strategies to increase dual enrollment participation and expansion. This position will serve as the lead academic advisor for all high school dual enrollment students ensuring the successful completion of their dual enrollment courses. The Director will also develop transitional enrollment strategies and events to increase the number of students transitioning from high school dual credit and dual enrollment programs to Ivy Tech Community College upon high school graduation. The position coordinates with internal college partners while working directly with high school staff and students to build strategic partnerships and develop strategies which assist high schools in transitioning students into career pathways at Ivy Tech.
