The position is also responsible for maintaining financial aid compliance for award packaging. The Assistant Director of Financial Aid will share in the responsibilities of administering federal and state aid, verification, loans, professional judgements, standard academic progress (SAP), Scholarships, Federal-Work Study, Veterans Education Benefits and other related financial aid functions. Mental Health Counselor Full Time Administrative Anderson, IN
The Mental Health Counselor has primary responsibility for offering short-term clinical services to those in need of mental health services as well as creating, organizing, planning, and performing outreach services to Ivy Tech students, faculty, and staff, specifically centered around mental health, addiction. The outreach services include educational, preventative, and proactive programming for the college community about mental health and addiction issues, and acting as a liaison between the college and the courts, probation and home detention systems and students. The staff member will offer individual and group therapy. The individual will also partner with community agencies on prevention programming as well as awareness of substance abuse issues. In addition, the individual will be responsible for collaboration on the design and implementation of marketing strategies for the campus.
