Director Advancement Services Full Time Administrative Systems Office - Indianapolis, IN
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Philanthropy the Director of Advancement Services is responsible for the systematic identification, determination, analysis, and maintenance of relevant information on major gift prospects. The Director provides research support to key leaders to inform development strategies and advance potential donor relationships. The position analyzes, interprets, and formats biographical, professional, and financial information needed to facilitate the solicitation of private funds from individual and corporate donors. The Director responds to research requests promptly, analyzing and synthesizing information, and generating user-friendly profiles, memos, and reports. The Director qualifies, screens, and rates potential donors, and proactively identifies new prospective major and principal gift donors. The Director is also responsible for leading a team to ensure efficient and effective back-office support for Ivy Tech Foundation, as well as serve as the single point of contact for Salesforce CRM.
