General Description of Position: |
The Campus Activities Board (CAB) Assistant serves as a student leader of the campus’s programming efforts. Assist Office of Student Life with coordination and implementation of Campus Activities Board events and activities.

Major Responsibilities: |
- Represent the student body’s voice when selecting future events/activities.
- Assist with event logistics (setup, tear down, attendance tracking, assisting performers, etc.) at Campus
- Activities Board events/activities.
- Create fliers and other promotional materials for events/activities.
- Distribute event promotional materials on campus.
- Assist the Office of Student Life with post event assessment through providing feedback, compiling
- survey data, etc.
- Attend CAB sponsored events and activities.
- Attend and actively participate in CAB/Student Life event planning meetings.
- Actively encourage students to participate and/or get involved on campus.

Minimum Qualifications: |
Must be a currently registered student at the Ivy Tech campus served. Must remain in good academic
standing (2.0 cumulative GPA) and in good standing with regards to the student code of conduct.
