Responsible for Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support for educational technology for students, faculty and staff.
Coordinates educational technology training and professional development efforts for students, faculty and staff.
Responsible for supporting faculty with the identification, implementation, and use of educational technology in the classroom or online.
Responsible for supporting faculty with the development of course materials including but not limited to: learning resources and activities, multimedia and interactive learning objects, and assessment using the learning management system or other tools.
Provides leadership at the campus level for matters related to online learning at the College as part of the statewide Educational Technology team.
Responsible for supporting local campus leadership as needed including participation at special events and other functions.
Provides leadership and supervision for Educational Technology staff at the campus.
Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned.
