General Description of Position:

Under the direction of the Executive Director, provides administrative support for the Ivy Achieves program.

This is a grant-funded, part-time position. There is no guarantee for continued employment beyond the grant period, which ends on June 30, 2024.

Major Responsibilities:

Assists in the execution of the Ivy Achieves program, including data entry, generating reports, and communication with Campus Champions on all campuses

Work closely and collaboratively with other departments

Assist in student incentive redemption process for Ivy Achieves program, including monitoring and tracking

Assist in free course retake process for Ivy Achieves program, including monitoring and tracking

Maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Prepare and maintain materials as needed

Maintains confidentiality while providing administrative support for the Ivy Achieves program

Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

This is not to be construed as an exhaustive list. Other duties logically associated with this position may be assigned. All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

A minimum of one (1) year experience in general office administrative support required

Must possess excellent computer skills including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Must exhibit professional behavior including ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and professional interactions.

Must demonstrate ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, ability to assess situations, make mature judgments, and take appropriate action.

Must demonstrate ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees and which every individual feels respected and valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree.
