Must have strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to area of instruction and meet faculty credentials as outlined in the ASOM 7.1 for the specific area(s) of instruction. Conducts all activities with an appreciation, respect, and promotion of diversity of people, styles, and views.
Minimum Qualifications: A qualified faculty member in early childhood education meets both of the following criteria:
1. Possesses an earned master’s or higher degree, from a regionally accredited institution, in early childhood education, child development; or 2. Possesses an earned master’s or higher degree, from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate credit hours in courses closely related to early childhood education and development, with academic preparation appropriate to the course and /or specialty being taught; and 3. Possesses one of the following: a. Professional certification in the field; or b. Two years of directly related work experience in the field of early childhood - birth through age 8.

Minimum Qualifications: A qualified faculty member in education meets both of the following criteria: 1. Possesses an earned master’s or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution in education or a related field appropriate to the program, and 2. Has one of the following: a. Professional certification in the field, or b. Three years of elementary or secondary teaching experience.
Conducts all activities with an appreciation and respect for diversity of people, styles, and views. Promote same as an integral part of one's work.
