Primary functions to include (but not be limited to): assisting with student outreach campaigns, including phone calls, emails, texts, and any other outreach as assigned, documenting the outcome. Candidate will work with reports and data to support school’s retention and enrollment activities. Data mining for students who fit a given criteria. Other duties may include assisting students with course enrollment; assisting the department chairs on these initiatives, and assist with administration of other services as required for successful outcomes.
The employee will report to the Department Chairs of the School of Business and School of Information Technology. The individual will work with data manipulation, analysis, and building reports. This position requires the candidate to be a continuous learner, understanding key information about Ivy Tech Community College, its services and software programs. In addition, solid interpersonal skills in dealing with students, faculty, staff and the community are required. Excellent telephone etiquette required.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

- Advanced level of Excel proficiency.
- Willingness to learn new systems: Banner, IvyAdvising, IvyLearn, MyIvy, NewT, and others as necessary.
- Ability to work on own initiative, problem solve, and think critically.
- This position requires a dependable individual (Timeliness and attendance).
