General Description of Position:

To assist in the management of statewide testing initiatives, to include but not limited to Certified Nursing Assistant/Qualified Medication Aide (CNA/QMA) testing for the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH). This position will assist in document processing, candidate applications and scheduling of testing events and proctors for the ISDH project. Additionally, this position will support overall Ivy Tech certification and workforce assessment functions.

Funding for the position is provided by a contract for a period of one year and, as such, continued employment at the end of the contract period may be continued but is not guaranteed.

Major Responsibilities:

Ensures thorough monitoring of all payments and will record, track facility payments, third-party billing and credit card payment monitoring

Coordinate and document all test candidates calls to the central testing center.

Supports in-field proctors and will serve as a back up for proctors during written testing

Ensuring candidates uploaded weekly to testing center for scheduling

Ensure the confidentiality of secure data and associated transactions.

Responsible for maintenance of testing and test candidate files.

Assist in processing and validation of all related paperwork for CNA (and other related) testing in the timeframe expected by related testing clients.

Responsible for data input into testing databases and associated general reporting.

Responsible for QMA validation processing.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED required.

Knowledge of certification/licensure testing and experience managing complex schedules is required.

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate large volume of work at one time.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software.

This position may require in-state travel.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree.
